Dock Luckie is the Chief Operating Officer of Saving Space. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Florida A&M University, where he was a student-athlete and campus leader—experiences that shaped his passion for structured, community-rooted work.
After three years as a consultant, Dock transitioned into the nonprofit health space and now serves as a health equity manager at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Boston, MA. He also conducts research on the experiences of Black men in higher education and is preparing to present his findings at national conferences.
At Saving Space, Dock oversees operations and program execution, ensuring our initiatives stay aligned, strategic, and responsive to the needs of college men. His leadership blends precision, empathy, and vision—helping drive sustainable growth and deep community impact.
