Financial Outlook

Our organization is striving for a fundraising goal of $5,000. This will cover all expenses of the mental health service, food, and other unexpected costs. Our projected budget is $15,000 for 2025. And:

• $7,500 by July 2025
• 15,000 by December 2025

Measuring Success

We are committed to measuring the impact of our program through different evaluation methods. These metrics will allow us to track our progress, make data-driven decisions, and ensure that we are achieving the intended outcomes for the Black male college students we serve. Our metrics include:

• Participant Engagement and Retention Rates: We will track the number of students attending our weekly safe space sessions, leadership workshops, and other events. Retention rates will be measured to assess the continued engagement and effectiveness of our programs.
• Improvement in Mental Health Outcomes: Through pre- and post-program surveys, we will measure changes in students' mental health and well-being, including stress levels, feelings of isolation, and overall emotional resilience. We aim to see a reduction in the stigma surrounding mental health and an increase in help-seeking behaviors.
• Feedback from our partners: We will gather feedback from our university and organizational partners through annual surveys and meetings to assess their satisfaction with our programs. Using this model ways to do better the next year.
